I just spent ten minutes trying to put on my pajama top without crying every time I moved my arm. (I failed.) I had fucked up my shoulder a few weeks ago, and now it’s moved out to my right arm, making it feel like muscles are pulling. It’s incredibly painful and the pain just keeps getting worse every day.
