I just spent ten minutes trying to put on my pajama top without crying every time I moved my arm. (I failed.)
I had fucked up my shoulder a few weeks ago, and now it’s moved out to my right arm, making it feel like muscles are pulling. It’s incredibly painful and the pain just keeps getting worse every day. Tylenol only dulls the pain long enough to let me get on with my regular life, but there is still pain. I can’t even let myself cough anymore because the pain in my back, shoulder, and arm becomes excruciating when I move.
If you’re asking why I didn’t get this checked out by a doctor, well, I did. Yesterday. With the same doctor who told me that my fatigue is the result of me being fat and out of shape, not because I might have a thyroid problem. I told her about my pain and its severity, and she recommended physiotherapy. Without giving me any kind of pain killer or even a prescription for physiotherapy.
